It’s ideal for anyone who wants to unwind, reduce stress, and stretch their body in a gentle, mindful way. In this session, you’ll experience slower-paced movements that allow you to fully relax and release tension. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or simply looking for a peaceful way to end your day, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Take time for yourself and join me in a practice designed for rest and renewal.
