Absolutely. For the protection of myself ad my entity and the facility where class hosts all clients sign a waiver acknowledging the agreement entered once attending our fitness classes. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your support.

This is a good question to ask- I recommend that drinking water is key but a full meal before class can be of some challenge involving twists and inversion poses.

This question is a toss up, in most circumstances if an inquiry is sent in to me requesting permission and we come to a mutual agreement and no disruption to the class is of a concern, an exception may or may not be made. 

Yes. If we do the math drop in classes are $25-$35 and with the membership status you can join a class for only $10! At random dates, FREE wild cards are announced where classes for members are completely FREE! That's a HUGE member bonus to have.

Absolutely. Locations can vary and be flexible with schedule of the facility offered. Your annual paid membership will hold honor at any location I instruct class at as long as it is not expired. 

Orders place locally and address for pick up will be provided once order is discussed, confirmed and invoice has been sent.

A claim with the carrier used will need to be escalated on the customers behalf, not Roxane & Co's behalf.

We print the size declared and exact file size emailed to us. No alterations or movement of the images are ever done. Always review the file before submission.

Sending in poor dpi images is how they will print. Stretching the image will contribute to that poor image quality as well. It is the customers responsibility to send in images with no background and good 300 dpi. We are only responsible for printing and pressing the image sent in to us.
